Follow up on the beer antiflammatotr post

So I did get the info from the Arthritis Foundation located in US. It is good for prevention, but not necessarily beneficial once you have it. Studies are limited, but do show significant results. As others posted, personal experiences my guess is it may be helpful in reduction of symptoms in some and exacerbate them in other. That just a guess on my part. I've found a lot of good information on the site, although the community can't hold a candle to this one.
