Positive end of term note!

Dear diary.....

Husband's gained and retained 1

New biologic drug used and working 1

New daughter in law gained 1

Wrapped Christmas presents without help 234( big family!)

Vegetables chopped with OT padded knife help 5

Sprouts prepared and in fridge 1

Beds changed ( by hubby lol) 4

Christmas trees put up 2

Cigarettes smoked 0

Prosecco drunk 50 bottles lol

Weight lost 7stone wooo

A good year All round I think! Much better than my previous worries of how am I going to do Christmas 😣posts of last year. God bless ye merry gentlepeople and all, and my Rheumy and NRAS!

It is. Reflecting on good or bad can be helpful. I was doing it like Bridget Jones diary , one of my favourite Xmas movies

I need to take off 3 stones j have gained since being unwell and on steroids, but am making no inroads. How did you do it ?

Went on a low carb. Low not non! Use non complex carbs so fruit veg all good but last a bread are not good. Low fat and high protein. I was monitored by my gp due to my RA . Also started very gently swimming slowly building up to aqua fit. Exercise is much easier in watrr. Good luck xxx
