What a brilliant way to get nutrition in. I’d never eat that much fruit and veg in one day. Wish I’d bought one sooner 😋

I baked gluten free muffins with the pulp and added seeds apricot and dates they were yummy. Going to try to make apple pulp crackers today never tried to make crackers before here goes 😀

I know. That’s definitely on my Christmas list. Also if you freeze fruit you can make frozen yogurt in the summer... just pop in the blender with low fat yogurt x

I gave mine away to a friend as I couldn't be bothered with all the faff! LOL! But I like my fruit and vege anyway and would rather just eat the raw or lightly cooked. My steamer on the other hand, I could not live without!

I have a soup maker which is great too, lots of nice hog veggie soup on cold days.

Hi folks,

Sorry don't mean to put a dampener on juicing - I think it's a fab notion.

Do try and incorporate some whole fruits into your diet too and not rely 100% on juicing. As you are missing out on the fibre that is contained in the skins.

Yes I’ve got it covered I’m eating everything lol. Just finding more ways to get good stuff down me and maintain a good weight. So far so good just worried if I keep finding nice healthy cake recipes I may put on a few lbs. not over weight yet just had my bmi read it’s all good. Just lining up ingredients to make a banana & walnut bread gluten free of course 😀
