Alcohol with tablets

I am on Naproxen and Omeprazole for painful lower back and am away this weekend for a holiday is it safe to take alcohol ? I see nothing on the instructions about it so I guess its fine but don't know if I could stop over the two days then start again on Monday. I am new on this and hope you can help

Well I take both and I have a drink from time to time! I just make sure I don't drink too much....

With anti-inflammatories like Naproxen it's best to keep taking them if that's what has been prescribed as the effct builds up.

This topic is a dodgy one, a lot of tabs don't like alcohol and your liver certainly won't like the combination, it's hard when you are on holiday I know, it's better to abstain and have a healthy liver after all we all have one liver and when that's shafted that's' it. There's always alcohol free drinks. Good luck and have a good holiday
