Only started our trip down tot Texas at twelve today and it’s seven now. I’m ready to go to bed and eat some real food. My right knee has been majorly flared up today and I’ve had to have my knee brace on all day to keep the pain at bay by keeping my knee from hyperextending like it normally does. I’ve also had my wrist elbow and shoulder blade flare up several times today but it only last s few minutes at most so nothing I’m worried about or bothering me.
How are your days going. I’d love to here about what’s going on with you guys. 😁

Oh how lovely ‘road trip’ have a great time. If it was me I’d be flying though not sitting in a vehicle couped up lol. It would give you more time to enjoy Texas. I’m only jealous. 😁😁
Sun is shining in the UK today so staying warm and enjoying the garden view atm.
I hope you’re able to get out and walk a bit at rest stops. I know that for me I’ve got about an hour or so before I start seizing up in the car. Get some zip loc bags and fill with ice when you stop for gas. ❤️❤️❤️Sending wishes for clear driving, no black ice or snow. ⛄️
