Had physio today for twisted elbow

she was lovely and left me with some exercises to do and she is going to see me in a 3 weeks, she said it might get back to normal in time

she also offered me pool therarpy in any hosptail of my choice for the rest of my body to help, so she couldn't have been more helpful

My physio and OT were brilliant too. I put them up for NRAS health care champions a few years ago which they won.
