Trying Benipaly

Just started Benipaly and wondering if there are any contradiction s

Felt really week and full of pain the day after the jab,has anyone else had that reaction

Hi bradclew, only been on it about 8 weeks myself but felt tired day after for first couple of weeks only and joints seemed to ache more: all stopped now & no side effects so far, compared to MTX which wiped me out n made me feel sick for half the week, absolute bonus. I also have more energy so doing something, bit early to tell full effects. Obvs only my experience & we’re all different; any real concerns check with advice line etc. Good luck hope it works for you xxx

Thanks for that Kerena this is my second week had the jab yesterday and today like the first one I feel rough so tired and every joint is painful.

Its early days for me but you have given me confidence for the future on this drug thanks again

Good luck with it bradclew, hope it improves for you too. Rheum said to me on recent appt it’s 3 months for it to have full effect. Would say I hadn’t been on anything for 6 weeks prior so did have flare first week but fine after that. Also I hated MTX but others are ok on it. Good luck with it x

Ditto Kerena. Not really had issues with it. Doesn't mean you won't though. You will probably find things settle down quickly.
