Enbril shots. Yay or nay? Hair loss?

Has anyone taken Enbril shots? How did they work for you?

Only on week 3 right now, so can't say much except that no negative effects....

Been on Enbrel for about 15 years now. Works well for me. Was switched to Benepali for a few months with disastrous results but now back on Enbrel and feeling better

Started it November 2012 at my follow up appointment with nurse 12 weeks later was in remission and still am. Apart from one short lived flare in 2015 I don't need pain relief. I've had no side effects at all. Enbrel gave me my life back....good luck...fingers crossed it works it's magic for you.

I started Enbrel a few years back. It was an overnight miracle. I was feeling great for a couple years and then had to stop for an infection and then again for a surgery. It wasn't effective after that for some reason. i have since moved on, but Enbrel was a godsend for me at the time.😃

Enbrel was great and I had a year on it before being switched to the Biosimilar Benepali which is Etanercept also. I'm on Hydroxychloroquine twice a day too.

I'm doing ok on Benepali, I love its lack of side effects and that I can drink alcohol without it having too much of a detrimental effect on my liver.

My hair sadly has never been the same since onset of RA, rather than loss it's now fine and fluffy weirdly with more of a curl.

I will accept this however in exchange for minimal inflammation.

So all in all

Enbrel ? .......... YAY!
