I'm new here

I'm 71 yrs old

I have osteoarthritic knees

I'd like to know that what I have been prescribed is the best treatment

I'd like to know of any suppliments that I could be taking.

Hello Chisi,

Many of us here have OA as well as RA. And true enough there are supplements that have shown to help with OA. MSM is one that many have sworn by. Daily collagen supplement ( gelatin powder daily in your hot drinks for example) Vit. D3 and K2 are essential for bone health. If you are sensitive towards dairy then oyster shell calcium has the best absotption. Supplementing with vit C is also important. Natural progesterone ( ex. Progest-E) is very beneficial. Not to forget B complex, B12 often needed on top of this. Niacinamide ( B3) should also be taken separetly. This is an arsenal worth trying 😊Good luck and do tell us how it works. You must have patience though the effects take some time to see but this arsenal is a good prottection.xSimba
