My feet itch so bad and I always have a feeling to scratch. When this happen, the skin on my feet become swore with a burning sansation and I feel like I am walking on needles. The pain is terrible. Any help or advice?

I have been experiencing this for the past few days. I’ve put it down to the heat and me feeling irritable.

I use freeze gel, you can get it from the pound shop,it soothes my feet.

Sometimes an amtihistermine like piriton helps itches, but check with nurse or gp that it is ok for you to take.
