Morning everyone 😮 had the most horrendous

Flare up at 4.30 this morning my right hip and my hand 🤚 couldn’t hardly move the pain was that bad

Still in bed 🛏 but need to wash hair my hand is still stiff and swollen 😔

Oh poop... Sorry to hear that. Thankfully (so far!) my hands haven't been affected to badly. Must be awful to have swollen hands and fingers.

Sorry to hear it! Hopefully they calmed down enough for a shower? Sometimes my hands get so swollen and painful, it's hard to grip anything.
