Please find details below of the NRAS Group meetings taking place next week.

NRAS Group Meetings— Week Commencing 19th February 2018

Medway NRAS Group

Meetings of the Medway NRAS Group take place at Gillingham Methodist Church, 100 Third Avenue, Gillingham, Kent, ME7 2LU (unfortunately, there is no car park but on street parking close by is available) every other month on a Monday from 7pm-9pm.

19th February (in the Blue Room) - Guest speaker: Rachel from Hand Therapy

Hertfordshire NRAS Group

Quarterly meetings are held at Welwyn Civic Centre, Prospect Place, Welwyn AL6 9ER on a Tuesday from 7:00pm-8:30pm.

20th February - Open Forum: sharing experiences, discussion on future talks, etc.

Heart of England (Solihull) NRAS Group

This NRAS group meets on a Wednesday once a month at Solihull Women’s Institute (meeting room on the ground floor), 745 Warwick Road, Solihull, B91 3DG (car park entrance on Union Road, opposite the back entrance to Solihull Hospital) from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.

21st February—General catch up meeting

Yeovil NRAS Group

This year all coffee meets will be held at Palmers Garden Centre Coffee Shop, Bernards Way, Bunford Lane, Yeovil, BA20 2FH from 10:30am-12:00pm. Next coffee morning: Wednesday 21st February

Greater Glasgow & Clyde NRAS Group

The NRAS Greater Glasgow and Clyde rheumatoid and inflammatory arthritis group meet regularly throughout the year. Please see below for upcoming meeting dates and times.

Thursday 22nd February 7:00pm-8:30pm at Tesco Extra, Cobden Rd, St Rollox Business Park, Glasgow,G21 1YL.

Guest speaker: Alison Chrystal, Specialist Weight Management Dietitian, NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde will present 'Healthy Eating'. Alison will speak about healthy eating in general and looking into possible relevant dietary info for RA.

You, your family, friends and healthcare professionals are all very welcome to attend and you don’t have to be a member of NRAS to attend a group meeting!
