NRAS Group Meetings— Week Commencing 5th February 2018

Bolton NRAS Group

2018 meetings will take place on the first Tuesday of each month (February - December) at Bolton One, Moor Road, Bolton, BL3 5BN from 2.00pm-4.00pm.

6th February - Guest speaker: Anna Agar, Get Active Team

Chesterfield NRAS Group

2018 group meetings are to be held in the Tesco Community Room, Tesco Extra Clay Cross, Bridge Street North, Clay Cross, Chesterfield, S45 9NU on the first Tuesday of each month from 6:30pm-8:00pm.

6th February - A discussion on the way forward and future of the Chesterfield NRAS Group

Isle of Wight NRAS Group

Coffee morning to be held on Wednesday 7th February, 11am at Forest View Nursery’s, Forest Road, Newport, PO30 5NB.

West Suffolk NRAS Group

The West Suffolk NRAS group meet once every other month on a Thursday at Southgate Community Centre, Caie Walk, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk IP33 2QA from 6:45pm-8:15pm.

8th February - 'Managing Pain with Mindfulness Techniques', a talk by Amanda Flood, from The Self Centre
