Still heard nothing

I rang pip up on 27th November and ask for a reasessment had my face to face on the 1st December had letter on the 28th December saying they had all info they need but not heard nothing yet does anyone know how long and do I call or not and will if I can get more it be back dated xx

Hi, I just called them when I felt they were taking too long. Think I got response within 2 weeks after giving them a little nudge. It will be back dated to the date of contact I think, so from when you requested a review 😊 hope you hear good news soon
