Does anyone else wake up every morning with their face and lips swollen?

Sounds like u had an reaction to something u could try a piraton anti histamine c if it helps

Not since this started, I have been on Plaquinil for two years and my face has been swelling for about six months. It happens more often than not, but is still rather random. Now that I think about it, my RA getting worse and my face swelling started at about the same time. It goes away after I have been up for a while, usually pretty quickly. I will talk to my Rheumatologist when I see him in a few weeks.

I'd try calling the rheumy asap or going in. That can't be right. And is not acceptable. You dont want it to get worse...not saying it is, but you just never know how we will react to these meds and dont want to be in a potentially dangerous situation. Just my humble opinion.

I have swelling around my eyes. I try to remember using my hemorrhoid cream daily and that keeps the swelling down

Your putting pile cream on your fragile eye tissues! no wonder your face is swollen. Your no doubt doing something that is causing a reaction. Stop and use a moistueriser like Clinique for sensative skin.
