Diagnosis for RF positive + anti-CCP positive + ANCA positive + Positive MPO .

Hi,

I wondered if anyone here had RF positive + anti-CCP positive + ANCA positive + Positive MPO .

I am struggling to get a formal diagnosis. I have Autoimmune Hepatitis and migrating pain, the pains are not always in my joints they sometimes feel like they are in my arteries, muscles, veins - it's quite hard to tell. They are often accompanied with inflammation and heat. Does anyone have similar symptoms and similar test results?

I have Sero Positive Erosive RA. I think when you have an inflammatory condition, it feels like your whole body is just suffering, which of course it is. Its just that I always consider the body to be like a finely tuned machine and if one part is running out of sync then everything else will be too. Mine is not always my joints but everything hurts, although I do have Fibromyalgia as well and some days feel like I have the flu as my limbs are so sore, so this could also be your problem, as Fibro goes hand in hand with Rheumo? Hope they get you on some good meds and you soon start to feel better. Take care of yourself too.
