NRAS Group Meetings— Week Commencing 13th November 2017
Great Yarmouth NRAS Group
This group meet in the ‘Buzz Room’ of the Louise Hamilton Centre, James Paget Hospital, Gorleston, Great Yarmouth, NR31 6LA from 5:30pm-7:00pm.
14th November - Guest speaker: Mike Swallow, IT Specialist for the NHS will talk about your medical care records
Mid Somerset NRAS Group
Meetings are held at the Taunton Rugby Club, Hyde Lane, Bathpool, Taunton TA2 8BU.
Tuesday 14th November 7pm - Julie Bolton, Ageing Well Co-ordinator: Health and wellbeing tips and gentle exercise and how Age UK Somerset can help you (this will include the opportunity to try some gentle seated yoga). There will also be a raffle with a big hamper, mince pies with our coffee/tea, and NRAS Christmas cards for sale!
Oxford NRAS Group
Meetings are held in the lecture theatre at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, Windmill Road, Oxford OX3 7LD from 6:30pm-8:00pm.
14th November - Guest speaker: Sarah Manderson, Rheumatology Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre will present: 'Mysteries of the Yellow Card'
Heart of England (Solihull) NRAS Group
This group meet at Solihull Women’s Institute (meeting room on the ground floor), 745 Warwick Road, Solihull, B91 3DG (car park entrance on Union Road) from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.
15th November - Dr. Arvind Sinha MBBS, MD, FRCD - Consultant Rheumatologist from Solihull Hospital. This meeting will be the pre-Christmas meeting with mince pies, tea, coffee and Christmas raffle.
Blackpool NRAS Group
This group meet in the cafeteria at Clifton Hospital, Pershore Road, Lytham St. Annes, FY8 1PB from 7:00pm – 8:30pm.
16th November - Our 7th Birthday! Join us to celebrate our birthday; a social event and quiz with refreshments, crisps and nibbles and birthday cake! Everyone welcome.
East Dorset NRAS Group
The East Dorset group meet socially for coffee from 11am at Stewarts Garden Centre and also Haskins Garden Centre, Longham, Ferndown, Dorset BH22 9DG. Final coffee morning for 2017: 16th November at Haskins.
North Lincolnshire (Grimsby) NRAS Group
This group hold their meetings in the large meeting room at Cromwell Road Fire Station, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, DN31 2BN from 6:30-8:30pm.

Stoke-on-Trent NRAS Group
This group hold meetings in the outpatients waiting area at Haywood Hospital, High Lane, Burslem, ST6 7AG from 7:00-8:30pm.
16th November - Guest speaker: Professor George Metsios, Professor in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Wolverhampton University will present: ‘The role of physical activity in managing Rheumatoid Arthritis’
West Wales NRAS Group
This group meets in the Renal Unit Seminar Room at Withybush General Hospital, Fishguard Rd, Haverfordwest SA61 2PZ.

Yeovil NRAS Group
The Yeovil NRAS group hold coffee mornings once a month from 10:30am-12pm in two locations in Yeovil: Palmers Garden Centre Coffee Shop, Bernards Way, Bunford Lane, Yeovil, BA20 2FH and The Gateway Cafe. Final coffee morning for 2017: Thursday November 16th - Palmers
