Lefluomide

Seen my Reumy nurse today and they want me to add lefluomide to take alongside sulfasalazine, has anybody any advice on lefluomide and how you was taking this for RA. Thank you.

Make sure you eat...I lost 12/15 kgs on Leflunomide...it completely took away my appetite....but it suits many people.

Hi lady B

I too have just been prescribed leflunomide and begin taking it tomorrow. This is on top of enbrel, methotrexate and arcoxia- it will be interesting to see how it goes. I’m choosing to look positively on it😔

I took it last year with no problems - except I lost the stone I had put on while on steroids!

I am sure you have been told to have blood pressure checked regularly with bloods.

Good luck and may this be the magic bullet for you.
