I spent the summer of 2016 falling. It's frusterating isn't it? I would be walking and then all of a sudden "bam" on the ground. One time I was walking up a small incline and my head reached the ground first. I almost broke my nose with that fall. People all around me came running to help. I felt so embarrassed. My hubby took me to the ER to have my nose looked at.

It was explained to me that as I was walking, my right knee must of locked in mid stride. I never felt my knee lock, but then again, the pain of hitting the ground was so over powering.

Yes i have feel three times one at walmat like you said dont even know you are going to fall i fell in walmart yes it is embarresing

Hi I have had quite a few falls I fractured my hand in two places , I had a bad fall hurt my area around the breast very badly two weeks later as a result of the fall I was in agony all day couldn't breathe through pain ambulance came they were very concerned when I was there had two consultants apparently the fall was with such force it had pushed the ribs into the lung causing damage and why the pain was so excruciating. recently another bad fall I hit the floor and my eye had a full force trauma another ambulance to be sent out to me, I have had many other falls !! So to hear others mention falls in connection with there health problems, I have had Inflammatory R A for 7hyears, also Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis so reading other's mention there health problems and falls it was informative to read there problems with regard to falls and the reason they have fallen, in my case I am on a lot of medication because I also have high Cholesterol and severe Hypertension Asthma so obviously I am extremely Healthy!!! Hope all have had a (Fall Free Saturday!) I have so far!!!!
