I recently had my rheumy appointment pushed back from early Nov to late Nov, not having seen the consultant or anyone else for that matter since late July, I didn't take it lying down, so told them I would see anyone available but sooner rather than later. Hey ho I got an appointment for today! wish me luck!

I went 8 months without seeing anyone face to face in the year following diagnosis. My appointments were cancelled from may several times until I finally flipped and called in saying this isn't good enough and finally given an appointment end of December face 2 face kept offering telephone reviews which I found not very successful at all.
