Hand numbness

Hello I'm new and today has been my first day of naproxen, shortly after my second tablet (250mg) my hands started to feel numb. I bit like they were asleep although my movement is not inhibited. Is this a side effect do you think? Or another medical issue I need to report to my GP? I've not had an official diagnosis as waiting on bloods but my GP says I'm presenting as RA and the radiologist who did my X-rays said it looked like it to him but the GP would confirm

Hi fizzierascal and welcome. I am not medically trained so couldn't comment on your symptoms. However, if it was me I'd report it. Your GP will not be able to diagnose RA for you as that is for the rheumatologist but if symptoms indicate it's likely you would be referred. Unfortunately, there could be quite a wait for an appointment with a rheumatologist as there aren't enough of them. I sincerely hope you don't have it but if you do, you could not have found a more informed, helpful and downright lovely bunch of folk here. Wishing you better
