My name had some how mistakenly got on the site for those interested in the macrobiotic diet book ...it was somehow in my PM box.

So Witness2 & I were gossiping on what I thought was PM & apparently it was in the open site!

Don't know how it happened but I spoke to the tech people & when I wake up later today (it's2am...plane was delayed) I'll give them the name of the post && they will fix it.

Sorry not to have been more precise..was in a hurry to catch a flight!

Sitting staring out across the Ocean....it's 8am & still not quite light here in the Canaries...but it's blissfully warm & the mega hassle of delayed flights yesterday has faded into oblivion!
