I do try to read all the posts but it takes so long and is very frustrating. It seems to be a problem with using an iPad, I also have to sign in everytime I open up the email. When I access the messages on my Samsung mini Mobil I don't have to, but not so convenient to use that all the time. X
Yes, I had the problem on Sunday. I sent my reply by messaging the person. It seems to be OK now. I could not implement the instructions from the help center. Let me know if you get more information in case it happens again.
