Right rib pain after wake up!

When i wake up, when i change the position or i touch the right rib something pulsing in middle of my rib :? I dont know what it is.

After some minutes, when i get out of bed, i dont feel anything, no pain, no pulsing, im ok? Can someone tell what it is?

Hi,

I had a similar pain which turned out to be gall bladder stones, caused, we think, by mtx. I also got nausea/ sick but the pain came first. Can you get a Dr appointment? I'd get it checked out. Good luck- hope you feel better soon.
