It is a fantastic service - contains all my blood results and appointments, but I had my bloods done yesterday and for the first time ever it hasn't uploaded the results. Just wondering if anyone else is having problems?

Can you tell us a bit more about how it works? I just had a quick look, but I had not heard of it before and I'm pretty sure my surgery in Wales hasn't. How do you get linked information?
To be honest it is completely by chance that I found myself on it as I am a complete dinosaur when it comes to technology. I was sitting glumly in the rheum waiting room at Charing Cross one day when "some bloke" came over and offered to sign me up. I didn't realise at the time how amazing it would be. I have a log in and can access all my appointments and all my bloods which are laid out in an easy to understand graph. I don't know whether it's just an Imperial Thing (st Mary's and Charing x are part of this hospital group)
Normally as soon as my blood results are processed I get an email, log in and there they are.
I really hope I get this sorted soon because I have become very used to it!
There is a customer services number and a website - see whether you can sign up. I guarantee the only time you would regret it is of it goes wrong - like today!!!
I have never heard of this system how can you join it? Is it your local hospital?
I never know my blood results and never have a response from the hospital to say how they are. I'm just told to keep getting them done every 2 weeks. It's been like this for almost a year.
Hi all,
Patients Know Best is the world’s only fully patient-controlled medical records system. NRAS partnered with them in August last year and are working on a 'patient portal' for people with rheumatoid arthritis. You can read more about the project here: nras.org.uk/news/nras-partn...
Patients Know Best offer other services for CGGs and NHS Trusts and you can see which areas they cover on the PKB website - patientsknowbest.com/case-s...
If you are having trouble using the portal for your hospital - do contact their help team - help.patientsknowbest.com/
Best wishes

Do you know if they do Yorkshire? I can't see it
Like most things it is nowhere near the north of the country. Just across the bottom bit of the country inc London & suprisingly Isle of Wight.
I'm afraid not - it's up to the individual hospitals and their CCGs to sign up to it and some are disease specific eg. North Manchester has a portal for HIV patients, Birmingham has one for Diabetes etc. As I said before, we are working with PKB on the RA specific portal so do keep an eye out for news on this in the future via our website nras.org.uk
Thanks

Just to let you know that the lovely customer service people have sorted it and I once again have my blood results. Now I can go back to agonising and over thinking them until I drive myself even more mad. Hurrah!
I'm on it too via Charing X, very useful system just weird that I can get my results but my GP can't! Seems a bit of a flaw. Have you found the same?
As it happens my doc surgery now has access to Imperial Results. This is new and sooo useful. I am very lucky to have a really good gp surgery just near my house ( we don't have a car) and st Mary's in Paddington as well as Charing x looking after my various ills. They seem really together most of the time.
