NRAS Group Meetings— Week Commencing 29th May 2017

Salisbury NRAS Group

The Salisbury NRAS group meet on the last Wednesday of every other month from 6:30pm-8:30pm at Sarum College, 19 The Close, Salisbury, SP1 2EE (free parking available).

Wednesday 31st May - Guest speaker Sally Fenton PhD, Research Fellow University of Birmingham will present: ‘The benefits of sitting less and moving more for RA patients'

West Middlesex NRAS Group

This group meets at Hillingdon Baptist Church Halls, Patterson Room, Hercies Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB10 9LS (to access the nearest car park go in to Auriol Drive and follow the road to the car park at rear). Meetings run from

2:00pm - 4:00pm quarterly on a Thursday.

1st June - Guest speaker: Christine Everley will present 'Mindfulness and Relaxation'

You, your family, friends and healthcare professionals are all very welcome to attend and you don’t have to be a member of NRAS to attend a group meeting!
