NRAS Group Meetings— Week Commencing 22nd May 2017

Cumbria NRAS Group

The Cumbria NRAS Group have arranged a meeting and the details are as follows:

Date: Wednesday 24th May

Time: refreshments from 5:30pm, talks begin at 6:00pm

Venue: Carlisle Rugby Club, Rugby Ground, Warwick Road, Carlisle, Cumbria CA1 1LW

Guest speaker: Dr Alaa Hassan, Lead Consultant Rheumatologist at the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle will present 'Comorbidities associated with RA'

Plymouth NRAS Group

Phil and Rika co-ordinate this group and call themselves PADRAGS (Plymouth & District Rheumatoid Arthritis Group Support). The group meet monthly on a Thursday in the Health Education Room at Mount Gould Hospital, Plymouth PL4 7QD from 12-2pm.

Guest speaker: Kirsty Proctor will present: ‘Living Life - Supporting People in Greater Glasgow and Clyde Living with Joint Problems and Pain’. This is a web based online resource available for all people living with joint problems and pain to aid self management.

You, your family, friends and healthcare professionals are all very welcome to attend and you don’t have to be a member of NRAS to attend a group meeting!
