Fidget

I have rheumatoid arthritis And my whole body keeps fidgeting anyone else get this or got any advice thanks

I get it in my feet & legs on an evening which is my body telling me I need to go to bed & rest properly.

I've been getting this, fidgety legs in the evening. I started on a magnesium supplement (after reading others taking Methotrexate on this forum where taking it) and it has improved my fidgets.

Hello this fidgeting gets worse if I have been over doing it, I find sleeping very difficult but have to stay still as much as possible & find listening to music helps to prevent my brain from joining in this crazy fidget process. It's bad at present as horrible low pressure & wet weather taking its toll on me, I hope you find a way to get rid of this awful part of having RA
