Weathers impact on wellness.

I was in Mazatlan this January. I could not believe the radical difference in functioning. I walked at least a mile a day, was up and dressed for breakfast and had not headaches or at least no bad one. I now live on the West Coast vs East . I have been diagnosed with RD and Fibromialgia. In initial blood work I also had a positive Nucliar AB, indicative of connective tissue disorder. My question is , how many of you find benefit from sunshine or even heat therapy?
