Are you more tired on Retuximab?

I have been on RTX for four months now and I am feeling so so tired!

Has anyone else felt after being on Rtx they feel much more tired than usual?

I had rituximab in april and January, it took 3-4 months before felt full effect starting , now after 2 nd i feel much better and its only a month . I think it must vary from person to person or maybe more of an effect after 2nd course . Have you phoned the rheumy nurse for advice?

Thanks weathervane...I did see my Rheumy nurse last month to see if I could go on to second pair of infusions &'we discussed my tiredness...but it has sort of been obscured because I had a nasty fall & broke my arm in December ....I had concussion too so she thought that might be a contributory factor...but it doesn't seem to be improving...but I am off in the sunshine now so I am hopeful a few weeks R&R will sort things out.

A holiday is the best medicine!! I think the fall and concussion maybe a factor as any trauma can cause a flare in my experience. I hope you have a wonderful relaxing time xx☀️☀️☀️☀️
