22 hours after procedure

although I didn't get much sleep, and believe me it had absolutely nothing to do with pain,

I only have slight pain this is caused by the tornakay round my quads and in my tibia where the bottom joint fixes, although I'm taking all my recommended pain relief

this morning I have done approxiamately 20 steps with the aid of a frame walker with the physio

I could be going home tomorrow if all continues as well as it is, in fact they've already given me my release drugs

thanks for reading

ps if you reply please if you don't mind would you put where your from in message, it would be nice to have an idea where messages are coming from

regards derek

My nephews wife had a knee procedure done on Monday, privately. Not as serious as yours, but she was amazed how good she felt afterwards. She still has physio to go through though. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Essex. X

Hi Derek, Leon from Telford (well someone has to live here!). Your progress is nothing short of inspiring, this sounds like such a positive outcome for you, this is so great for you and for others considering the procedure for themselves in future.

Blessings.
