I'm thinking morocco as its hot and not to long on airplane as I'm stiff as a board after half hour of sitting

Ooww yes ...do you travel well or have to keep moving? I tend to swell up a bit too but I think it's inflammation in the heat

Yes but I dong let it stop me ! I can be sore and stiff at home or in the sun, I choose the sun!!! 😂 I get extra leg room and move about and try to swim in the heat and keep my legs up a few times a day and " twiddle" ( technical phrase!) my ankles . Still get swollen but worth it for time not cooking or cleaning and getting heat on the old bones!!

I'm off to the Canaries...south Tenerife- next month.....I take a late flight so that I can doze all the way & go to bed as soon as I arrive at the apt.

I now take my little electric hotpad ....it might be 20c during the day.....but even with c/htg those marble floors always seem cold to me!

Bon voyage to everyone off to the sun!
