Huffing and sighing

I am sat feet up, in my pjs and snuggle top, huffing and sighing.

The pain in my shoulders just will not go. It ebbs back and forward like the tide.

I have full movement, just this ache.

I hope that my little t-shirt sort out hasn't done anything. I think that I am hitting the painkillers tonight.

Oh well, back to huffing and sighing.

Have you tried putting a hot water bottle on your shoulder? I find it helps me sometimes.

Cooking at the moment, but you remind me. I bought the back and neck warmer from Lidl. Once I have had supper, I'll put it on.

Got a hot water bottle across the top of my feet at the moment. They ache like crazy and I have intermittent stabbing pains in them. Its going to be one of those restless legs nights....

I can really recommend electric foot warmer. I used to try & balance with a hot water bottle wrapped in a towel, it's helpful but truly I wouldn't be without my foot warmer for all the tea in China, nor my neck & back heat pad.

I bought one of those too. Also got a small heat pad.

Yup, me too. It was the smaller pad I had first but my h has claimed that nowadays for his chest. Aren't they soooo helpful? Sitting here with n&b & f warmers on now. Bliss. 👼🏻

I've had pain like this since june. I was being treated for frozen shoulder then a pulled muscle. After a course of physo with no improvement but getting worse. My GP decided to do a mri scan found out that I've only got discs protruding & they are pressing on the nerves. Going to hospital next week to see what can be done.

Hope you manage to get some rest.

The hot water bottle does work a treat.
