morning everyone well xmas is over hope u all had a reasonably good one like many of u on here have had a terrible sleeping pattern for quite a while hosp was always telling me to try adding a couple of paracetamol night time anyway last night i thought i would try it cant believe it i slept all night through till 8 30am whether it was because i was so worn out or what what a difference a good nights sleep does for u but i wont hold my breath lol see what happens tonight mary xxx
