Typical Flare Up

We've been in Cornwall for a week sorting out the cottage and seeing the lovely scenery out of season. arrived to find no heating or hot water, great. Sorted now but of course 2 days in I start a flare and it's been miserable. Starting to come out of it, maybe, but why oh why. I'm determined not to up my methotrexate or resort to steroids.

Hey ho!
