I take my omeprazole before breakfast (ideally at least 1/2 hour) and hydroxy at night after my main meal but then I only take 200mg of hydroxy. Farm

It would be a good idea to get in touch with your GP or consultant to find out whether you can take both medications together.

I take them together. The pharmacist didn't tell me not to.

yes check with your Rheumy or Gp. But I was told to take my Omeprazole first thing which I do with my paracetamol, then have breakfast then take my Naproxen, hydroxy and Sulfa.

Hi

I take both of these and I take them at the same time.

Nobody has told me any different and when I was going out to work every morning I didn't have time to mess about so took all my tabs the same time.I have not had a problem with it.

But if you want confirmation then speak to the pharmacist or your gp.

I take my Omaprezole at the same time as my Hydroxychloroquine morning dose.

Always after breakfast as I think it's best when taking Naproxen as well.

I believe you are supposed to leave four hours between the two

I believe it says so on the leaflet inside the packet

thanks, I read not to take antacids, thought omeprazole was different. I will ask the pharmacist x

That's how I read it too, and they are the guidelines I've been adhering to.
