Muscle pain from top to toe

Hi it's my first post here people were saying I probably had fibromyalgia even my dr but he said he wasn't willing to take it any further so I went to see another doctor who has been great he thinks from all the tests that I have polymyalgia rumatica he has given me steroid's so will let you know how I get on x

I had this. Off work for six weeks, on high doses of prednisolone, as a nurse open to all infections. Saw my rheumatologist regularly, on one appt after six moths she said " I think you are ready to go back to work" not pleased when I said I was already working. Was on prednisolone for nearly four years, maybe if I had stayed off it would have been less. My bosses didn't appreciate how hard it was for me so I should have taken more time off. Listen to your Rheumy and get well as quickly as possible, good luck xx
