NRAS Group Meetings—Week Commencing 8th August 2016
Great Yarmouth NRAS Group
The Great Yarmouth & Waveney NRAS Group meet in the ‘Buzz Room’ of the Louise Hamilton Centre, James Paget Hospital, Gorleston, Great Yarmouth, NR31 6LA from 5:30pm-7:00pm on the second Tuesday of each month. Meetings will sometimes alternate between a guest speaker and social meetings, please see below for details:
9th August: Guest speaker - Victoria Marks, Dietitian at the James Paget hospital
Lincoln NRAS Group
Bi-monthly meetings for this group are held at The Ark, Moor Lane, North Hykeham, LN6 9AB on the second Tuesday of every other month from 7:00-9:00pm.

North Hampshire & Winchester NRAS Group
The following dates for group meetings are to be held at Central 40, Chineham Park, Basingstoke RG24 8WG on a Wednesday from 7:00pm-9:00pm.
10th August - Guest speaker Marjorie Newton will present 'The Benefits of Tai Chi in Managing Pain More Effectively'
Weston-super-Mare NRAS Group
This group have a new meeting location! Meetings are now held in Conference Room 1 at The Campus, Highlands Lane, Weston-super-Mare, BS24 7DX monthly on a Wednesday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
August 10th - Sarah Hewlett will do a talk on fatigue and the results of her research
Banbury NRAS Group
The Banbury NRAS Group meet bi-monthly on a Wednesday in the Training Room of the Horton Hospital, Oxford Road, Banbury, OX16 9AL from 6:30pm-8:00pm.
10th August - Guest speaker Maureen Cox, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Rheumatology will present: 'Monitoring your Health and Disease'
East Dorset NRAS Group
The East Dorset group meet socially for coffee from 3pm at Stewarts Garden Centre, Lyndhurst Road, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 4SA and also Haskins Garden Centre, Longham, Ferndown, Dorset BH22 9DG. Dates for 2016 coffee meets and locations are as follows: August 11th Stewarts.
West Suffolk NRAS Group
11th August - 3pm in the café at Wyevale’s Garden Centre in Bury St. Edmunds (Rougham Rd, Bury Saint Edmunds IP33 2RN) - 'meet for tea', informal gathering in place of an August meeting
You, your family, friends and healthcare professionals are all very welcome to attend and you don’t have to be a member of NRAS to attend a group meeting!
