After several calls to the Scotttish Ambulance today i was phoned by a senior supervisor who said she was booking my travel arrangements to Newcastle but said she was confused why £300 costs were mentioned as it was an NHS Hospital Appointment., But did say it's upto Newcastle to arrange the return trip. Thanks for all your replys and advice.

Thank You Beverly When the girl said it would cost £300 to Newcastle I replied I only wanted a lift I did not want to buy the Ambulance.
