NRAS Group Meetings—Week Commencing 13th June 2016

Great Yarmouth NRAS Group

The Great Yarmouth & Waveney NRAS Group meet in the ‘Buzz Room’ of the Louise Hamilton Centre, James Paget Hospital, Gorleston, Great Yarmouth, NR31 6LA from 5:30pm-7:00pm on the second Tuesday of each month. Meetings will sometimes alternate between a guest speaker and social meetings, please see below for details:

14th June - Guest speaker: Denise from D.I.A.L Lowestoft and Waveney (Disablement Information and Advice Line) will be talking to the group about the services they can offer.

Lincoln NRAS Group

Bi-monthly meetings for this group are held at The Ark, Moor Lane, North Hykeham, LN6 9AB on the second Tuesday of every other month from 7:00-9:00pm.

Salford NRAS Group

The Salford NRAS group have a new meeting venue! All meetings now to be held in The Common Room at 15 Springbank, Off Brentwood, Salford, M6 8RH (left off Eccles Old Road, just before Buile Hill Park - plenty of free parking) on a Wednesday from 6:30pm-8:00pm. 15th June - Talk on research into a new cost effect drug to minimise and delay bone deterioration, Clinical Research Unit, Royal Liverpool University Hospital

North Hampshire & Winchester NRAS Group

The following dates for group meetings are to be held at Central 40, Chineham Park, Basingstoke RG24 8WG on a Wednesday from 7:00pm-9:00pm. For a site map of Chineham Business Park or for a local area map of where the business park is located, please contact NRAS on 0845 458 3969.

15th June - Social event with a quiz and free raffle, plus Bucks Fizz to thank group members for their continuing support

East Dorset NRAS Group

The East Dorset group meet socially for coffee from 3pm at Stewarts Garden Centre, Lyndhurst Road, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 4SA and also Haskins Garden Centre, Longham, Ferndown, Dorset BH22 9DG. Dates for 2016 coffee meets and locations are as follows: June 16th at Stewarts, (July to be arranged), and August 11th Stewarts.

You, your family, friends and healthcare professionals are all very welcome to attend and you don’t have to be a member of NRAS to attend a group meeting!
