Morning all, the sun is up.

Today I am my appointment with my lovely Rheummy nurse. I had a long talk with my liver and my results went down a bit, still out of range but GP says acceptable.

Very nicely, my body has decided to show it's naughty side this morning. Shoulders hurt. Hands and feet hurt, and my left wrist has lost it's suppleness. Let's hope that my nurse can fix it.

Late to this Jacqui so you may well have had your appointment but I hope it's a productive one. How helpful of your joints to be hurty though, hopefully your nurse will be gentle with you being that you're sore. x
