Sorry not been in for a while hip is still playing up had my MRI 2 week ago back to see consultant next weds right knee keeps swelling and I can't properly bend it 😟Ooooh the joys hope everyone has a pain free night not for me guaranteed 🤗🙄gentle hugs guys

I know over 12 months now had 3 steroid injections none of them helped thank u for ur kind words x
