Ooh ouch, sounds painful. I must admit if I fell on my lower back and it left me with pain I'd be off to the GP to have it checked out. It's not like just getting an ache as you may have damaged something. Other than that just the usual paracetamol and anti inflammatories. x

I'd see a physio for examination and possible massage and exercises. Is it muscular pain?

I tried to spray some deep heat on the area this morning GOD did I jump. But yes you are both right in what you say I think Dr's on Monday if it's no better.

In the meantime, try alternate cold and heat. 10 minutes of ice (use a bag of frozen peas wrapped in a towel) then 10 minutes heat ( hot water bottle wrapped in towel) every hour or so. This should help. Clemmie

Go to a good Osteopath and keep mobile. Use ice not heat to reduce inflammation and whilst taking it easy do not stay in one position for too long. But honestly, best advice Oesteopath as asap.
