Welcome! I'm also a newby, and have found this site and the people on it to be wonderful! I also hate to "moan" especially since the only one I have to listen to me is my husband, and I hate to do that to him. I can moan long-distance to my sister who has Lupus because she understands, but I try to stay as positive as I can with her so as to keep both our spirits up. And here you can just talk about/ask whatever is on your mind and there's usually always someone that will identify with what you are saying.

I hope you enjoy being here but I find I still need to keep talking to my closest family & friends otherwise how are they to know why you don't always want to do just nothing at times lol!

What a shame you've not found us sooner, 30 years is a long time, I do hope you can share your experiences particularly to those newly diagnosed.
