I know that one Sylvi! I'm quite often a grumpy bunny too - not enough sleep does that to you. I feel like a wet rag all day. Hope you get a better sleep tonight. x

And so says all of us !!! I don't think I've had a proper sleep for over ten years now, wretched disease. Xx

Fortunately amitriptyline has resolved that for me but I do feel for you because I remember not too fondly how painful & long the nights used to be & oh how much my h must have had to put up with as I am doing now with him!

Is there nothing your GP can offer that may help you or don't you wish to go down that route Sylvi? x
