I have found natural therapies and natural hormone treatment very very good. Along with traditional Mexican I have gone from bedridden part-time work to fulltime work and can walk anywhere as ling as I like!
Hi Callie43,
sorry to hear that things are not so good for you at the moment. It must be difficult especially if you are worried about work. You are protected under the 2010 equality act at work just so you know and I have put a link to our publication on work for you to look at to see what help is available for you at work:
nras.org.uk/publications/i-...
If you would like to talk about your situation then please feel free to call the helpline to talk. There may be other options regarding medication for you if your RA is no longer being controlled with your current drugs. You can call us on:
0800 298 7650 Monday - Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm
Hope you feel better soon.
Best wishes

This is such a roller coaster of a disease and it can take a while to find the right drug for you especially when you have to allow so long for them to get into your system. Farm
Have you been to Occ Health at work? The should be able to help. Not sure where you are, but I work for the NHS in Scotland. They have the power to arrange 'reasonable adjustments' in your job - including adapted equipment, if thought necessary. They can also arrange for you to redeploy into another job if that seems to be the best option.
