In pain

Hi has anyone felt that their collerbone and neck had a funny burning feeling? I also woke up today with pain in my groin and a really sore arm, ear ache and a pain in my arm pit. Think I need shaking up to even my self out.

Groin, armpit & neck are where your lymph nodes are. So it might be that you're coming down with an ear infection and that your lymph nodes are working overtime to fight it off?

Hi Wendi

I agree with helix, sounds like a bug. Keep cosy, drink plenty, 4 hourly paracetamol for the aches and rest. If it doesn't subside in a few days see your gp.

I have arthritis in my jaw. That usually gives me ear and neck pain. There is a joint where your collarbone meets your breast bone, and I've had pain there as well. And yes, I've had groin pain too.

I've really found that stretching in the shower helps. My body is nice and warm and I can get a little more range of motion. If your armpits are tight, try standing sideways at a wall and walking your hand up. So your armpit sits flat on the wall when you're done. Ooh, and foam rolling if you can get down on the floor. But you can use one on a wall too. Hope this helps.
