I've been given a lumber support belt with the instruction not to use it too much. Anyone got experience of these things? When to use them and how ? It give me a tiny waist which is the upside but not much use when you have to put on a baggy jumper to conceal it. Never mind I live in baggy jumpers to hide the tens machine wires. The joys !
