Had my hip injection this morning was fine a tiny bit uncomfortable but was in and out within 15 mins legs aching a bit now but bed to relax soon xx

I usually find the thinking about it is worse than the injection. Glad it went ok

Was in and out in no time only thing I felt was a tiny bit of pressure but I think that must have been the steriod going in still a bit sore but thanxs for the reply x

Glad to hear it's behind you. Hope it helps. Was it in the groin or the outer bursae?

Were you advised to bed rest for 24 hours? That's what I was advised.

I wasn't advised to rest just sat in reception for 10 mins think it was in the front of my hip just feels sore now x

Hi there just came across yr post when I tapped on hip.I would be very interested to know your story as I have just experienced a hip pain after running. On outside of my hip.Have scared myself silly on the net with all sorts of conditions. many thanks

Mine is osteoarthritis had 2 steroid injections neither worked hop u get some relief Hun xx
