Courage! You're so nearly there.... And well done you for sticking to your plan, despite the problems. Can you give yourself a special (non-drug!) treat today?

Morning Heixhelix oh dear hate moaning :( but I am only on 1 x 50mg now as from this Tuesday just gone. I have found 2 paracetamol helps when my legs start. Hope your well? X

You're 2 months in Rose, keep reminding yourself of that. The worst part is behind you now & you're getting there. Your determination not to go back on them will override how you've been feeling this week, I'm positive of that. Get yourself cosied down & try to relax your aches & pains.

Is there something you can do to distract yourself for a little while whilst your feeling grotty? How about giving your feet a soak in some warm water with lovely aromatherapy oils. It may help ease your restless legs somewhat, it does mine & it may help you too. x

So sorry you're having such a bad time. You've done so well, now you're nearly there, and I know that you'll get there! Definitely think that you deserve a treat!

Keep us posted, and look after yourself. M x

You know we're supporting you all the way through this Rose, even more so as you recognised your dependency & made the decision of your own accord to come off it. Admitting to your GP you had concerns showed that you were determined this time. That can't have been an easy thing to do having tried before but you're being sensible withdrawing slowly & you'll do it this time. Just keep reminding yourself how you were & how far you've come.

Pleased you treated yourself to a muffin, you needed & deserve it. ;) x

Keep going, its not easy but you are doing a great job and it will be worth the freedom you get from not being on it when your body adjusts and settles down a little. Good work!
